Cancellation policy

Please keep in mind that in a small hotel like ours, any cancellation has a great impact on the business.
In case of cancellation due to restrictive measures due to Covid-19, the cancellation would be free.
AUGUST & EASTER:
If you cancel the reservation up to 10 days before the arrival date, no charge will be made. If you cancel the reservation after the deadline, we will charge 50% of the total price. If you do not show up, you will have to pay the full price. The hotel can charge 50% of the total reservation 10 days before arrival.
JUNE, JULY & SEPTEMBER:
If you cancel the reservation up to 7 days before the arrival date, no charge will be made. If you cancel the reservation after the deadline, we will charge 50% of the total price. If you do not show up, you will have to pay the full price. The hotel can charge 50% of the total reservation 7 days before arrival.
REST OF THE YEAR:
If you cancel the reservation up to 2 days before the arrival date, no charge will be made. If you cancel the reservation after the deadline, we will charge 50% of the total price. If you do not show up, you will have to pay the full price. The hotel can charge 50% of the total reservation 2 days before arrival.

Smoke

Smoking is Not Permitted. If smoking occurs, a 100€ cleaning fee will be charged.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Check in and Check Out

Please note that we do not receive clients after 11:00 p.m., unless we are notified in advance.
CHECK-IN is between 2:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. If guests arrive earlier, we can store their luggage until the room is available.
CHECK-OUT must be done before 12: 00h. If guests wish, we will try again to store their luggage in our reception area.

Parking

If you wish to reserve a parking space, it is necessary to reserve in advance.

Cradle

Accommodation for babies up to 3 years old is free. If you need a cot, you must request its availability at the time of booking.

Courtesy to others

Between 23:00 and 08:00, we ask that you be considerate of the silence and rest of others. For security reasons, external visits are not allowed.

Responsibilities

The Hotel Finlandia is not responsible for damages caused by guests, losses, theft or accidents inside or outside the room. The use of safes must be done at the guests’ own risk and expense.

Our right to evict

We may terminate our contract with you and ask you to leave your accommodation immediately if:
– We consider that you have committed a violation of these conditions.
– We consider that your behavior puts the safety of our visitors or staff at risk.
– Complaints are filed for antisocial or unacceptable behavior against you.
– You cause irreparable damage to property or its content.
– If you exceed the maximum occupancy limit of your accommodation.

Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for any breach of our obligations under these general conditions caused by an event beyond our control. An event beyond our control means any act beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, strikes of others. , terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat of war, civil commotion, riots, invasion or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
